Flying Across Canada – Day 1
Pitt Meadows to Cranbrook … and we almost made it!
The goal on this day was to fly from Pitt Meadows to Oliver BC for lunch and then continue onto Cranbrook BC (Rocky Mountain International Airport) to be prepared to get over the Rockies early the next day. Things didn’t go exactly as planned. You’ll have to watch the video to find out why. 🙂

Video
The video shows our preparation and departure from Pitt Meadows, some of the beautiful flight to Oliver, our experience with the sky divers we had lunch with, and our attempted flight from Oliver to Cranbrook, BC. Lots of beautiful scenery and a real “inside look” at the experience of flying a small plane over great distances and through the mountains.
